Make a difference in someone’s everyday life

At Fond Healthcare, we believe great care is about more than completing tasks. It’s about getting to know people, understanding what matters to them and helping them live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful assistance with personal care and everyday routines.
  • Support individuals with meal preparation, mobility and companionship.
  • Encourage independence, dignity and personal choice.
  • Recognise and communicate changes in an individual’s wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other care professionals.

About You

You’ll be patient, dependable and genuinely interested in making a positive difference. Previous care experience is welcome, but your attitude, compassion and willingness to learn are equally important.
