OLDER ADULTS

Supporting you to live life your way

Getting older doesn't automatically mean giving up the routines, choices and everyday things that make life your own.

For some people, a little companionship or practical help can make everyday life easier. Others may need more regular personal care, support with mobility or medication, or more substantial care as their health and circumstances change.

Fond provides care around the individual, helping older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes with dignity, choice and quality of life.

Support that can change with you

Care can begin gradually and adapt over time.

We take time to understand what someone can and wants to continue doing for themselves, where support would be helpful and what matters most to them.

We can also work alongside family members and healthcare professionals to help identify changes, manage risks and bring additional support together when it is needed.

How We Care

ABOUT FOND HEALTHCARE

Care built around you

We are a compassionate, dedicated team who see the person, not just the care they need. We support people through changing circumstances with warmth, humour, professional expertise and genuine compassion.

At Fond, every care journey begins with the individual - their wishes, routines, relationships, health and the way they want to live. As needs change, we bring together everyday care with professional clinical and nursing support at home, working alongside families, GPs, district nurses and other healthcare professionals so nothing important is overlooked.

"We help people remain in the homes they love, surrounded by the people and routines that matter most."

A little support can make a big difference

Margaret’s story
