PHYSICAL DISABILITIES

Care that supports the life you want to live

Living with a physical disability can mean needing practical support with some aspects of everyday life, but the support required will be different for every individual.

Fond's approach starts with what the person wants to do, what they can do for themselves and where additional support could make everyday life safer or easier.

Practical support without unnecessary dependence

Depending on the individual's needs, support may include personal care, mobility, everyday routines, medication, access to the community, or practical help around the home.

Where appropriate, we can also work alongside family members, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals involved in a person's care.

The aim is to provide the right assistance while protecting choice, dignity and involvement in everyday life.

How We Care

ABOUT FOND HEALTHCARE

Care built around you

We are a compassionate, dedicated team who see the person, not just the care they need. We support people through changing circumstances with warmth, humour, professional expertise and genuine compassion.

At Fond, every care journey begins with the individual - their wishes, routines, relationships, health and the way they want to live. As needs change, we bring together everyday care with professional clinical and nursing support at home, working alongside families, GPs, district nurses and other healthcare professionals so nothing important is overlooked.

"We help people remain in the homes they love, surrounded by the people and routines that matter most."

A little support can make a big difference
